This is a wonderful book, with good advice. However, I wish it was longer. The author throws out a lot of new ideas without explaining them so much, which kept me focused but yearning for more. But still a lot of good food for thought and new stuff I haven’t heard before..Over all Superb Book For Weight Loss !!!
