If you want excitement, motivation to get back in shape or dieting - then you’ll likely read this book. I didn’t think I would like it but I was dead wrong ! This is my all-time favorite book. After reading it, I gave it to my Brother for he, and his Wife to read !! It was an amazing book that I really hoped was longer but I guess the Author may surprise us with a subsequent edition. I took this book with me on vacation and can’t put it down for nothing. Terrifically Cool Book !!!
